Products
Velora Paris sells jewelry and personalized accessories, including custom name necklaces, initial necklaces and other made-to-order pieces.
Each personalized product is created according to the information provided by the customer at the time of order.
Product personalization
The customer is responsible for checking all personalization details before confirming the order.
This includes names, initials, spelling, font style, color, size and any other custom option selected on the product page.
Velora Paris cannot be held responsible for mistakes entered by the customer during the order process.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed on the product pages and at checkout.
Payment is required at the time the order is placed.
Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully completed.
Order confirmation
After placing an order, the customer receives an order confirmation by email.

Production and processing time
Order processing time is usually 2 to 3 business days.
Personalized necklaces and custom-made jewelry require additional production time because they are made specifically for each customer.
Shipping
Personalized products usually take approximately 14 to 25 business days to be delivered worldwide.
Non-personalized products usually take approximately 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, postal delays, high-demand periods or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns and refunds
Customers have 14 days after receiving their order to request a return for eligible items.
Personalized and custom-made products cannot usually be returned or refunded unless they are defective, damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect products
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:
